About the Trainer:
Hazel Hardie PhD is a modern mindfulness trainer and author in Lancaster. The founder of the Lancaster Mindfulness Company, Hazel has been practicing mindfulness and meditation for around 30 years, and teaching it for 3 years. Hazel is also trained in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy, and has a PhD in Physics from Lancaster University. Hazel helps women leaders to create positive change in their life and business through mindfulness, self awareness and action planning.
